The position of BAT Data Entry Coordinator is within Escreen located in the Philippines. The role is responsible in assisting in the release of drug test results and/or breath alcohol results by performing routine clerical duties including outbound phone calls, moderate excel updates, email, faxing, data entry and correspondence to both internal and external contacts.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Interprets data in the BAT form and turns it into information that will help to post the result.
 Perform review of COC and previous test records.
 Check eligibility of BAT form and do necessary follow-up through email or outbound call for any clarifications and missing information to enter results.
 Connect with either employer and/or clinic to obtain illegible forms and concerns with BAT result status.
 Update excel spreadsheet and system daily to track progress and performance.
 Receive emails with sensitive data requiring it to be routed to the image management system.
 Compose and send professional emails as needed to internal and external contacts.
 Meet the expectations with assigned tasks by operations and/or client.
 Observes legal and ethical guidelines for safeguarding patient and company confidentiality (HIPAA)
 Other duties as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION:
 Completed at least 2 years in College or with an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree.
 Medical or non-medical course.
 Open to all applicants with or without work experience.
 Possess characteristics such as adaptability working environment, analytical or logical reasoning, consistent performance, discipline and known the importance of individual work to company’s stability.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
 Basic Excel, Word and Outlook experience required.
 Strong Computer/Software Skills.
 Detail-oriented.
 Must be flexible to work on a night shift (between 6pm to 10am) Philippine Standard Time.
 Must be amenable to work on Overtime or during Rest Days when business requests for additional (paid) hours.
 Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
 Willing to work with graveyard shift with fixed working schedule.
