Job Description

Coordinates the activities within the Bavelseparklaan warehouse in Breda.
▪ Responsible for leading warehouse operations during non-working hours of Warehouse Operations Supervisor.

Role and Responsibilities
▪ Fulfills an active role in all warehouse processes and activities that must be performed on a day-to-day basis.
▪ Responsible for close supervision of the warehouse processes, to facilitate timely and accurate receive, pick, consolidate and ship of product to meet our services for internal and external customers.
▪ Must be able to support/train the Warehouse Operators in warehouse activities.
▪ Safety First mentality
▪ Ensuring that orders are punctually being processed and maintaining product quality in the Bavelseparklaan warehouse.
▪ Overseas proper warehouse maintenance and housekeeping.
▪ The ability to effectively interact with the Warehouse Operators is crucial to the creation of an on-going positive and productive environment.
▪ In case of receiving problems, the Warehouse Coordinator will contact Zwolle plant or ALOG Zwolle to solve these problems/ask for receiving logs etc.
▪ Create a safe place to work for the warehouse team.
▪ First point of contact during non-working hours Warehouse Operations Supervisor, 06:00 till 08:00 am in the morning and 18:00 pm till 23:00 pm in the evening.
▪ First point of contact for urgent requests from ALAB during non-working hours of Inventory.


Education & Experience
▪ MBO or a demonstrably equivalent level, obtained through additional training and proven work experience.
▪ Experience with Power Industrial Trucks (PIT)
▪ Skillful writing and speaking in English and Dutch.
