We currently looking for a EHS Assistent to join our Established Pharmaceuticals Division based in Olst.

Core tasks:

• Support, implement, awareness, communication, training related to EHS.

• Plan, implement and occasionally lead EHS programs. Monitor KPI’s and prepare management reports.

• Track and report EHS related safety situations and observations.

• Participate in improvement projects on EHS aspects

• Elaborate and keep updated EHS documents like management system, procedures, training modules.

Other tasks:

• Internal EHS communication

• Monthly and quarterly reporting of EHS information

• Track EHS action items

• Trainingscoordinator

• Control of documents, periodic reviews

• Support EHS department

• Back-office during audits

• Coordinate audits, meetings, training

• Integration of documents and procedures of two sites

Minimum Education/Experience:

• MBO diploma, or any equivalent

• Some work experience within a manufacturing environment

• Desirable experience in EHS

• Fluent English in reading and writing.
