JOB DESCRIPTION:
The position is responsible for the sales within a defined territory of pharmaceuticals products in our Established Pharmaceuticals Division.
Main Responsibilities:
- Organizes and implements selling activities in line with the plan for business in private sector
- Achieve or exceed annual and quarterly sales objectives through the use of professional selling skills, time and territory management and the efficient use of promotional material consistent with marketing objectives
- Work with Sales Manager to develop and execute sales plan once proposed forecast is approved
- Identify new business opportunities and gain new or expanded business within territory while maintaining existing business
- Develop and maintain territory and customer records
- Attend regular departmental meetings with manager to build in continuous feedback mechanisms
- Ensure all activities in territory are executed with professionalism and comply with Abbott standards and Code of Conduct
- Report any product quality complaints and adverse events to Quality Assurance and
- Affiliate Safety Representative respectively
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Science and related disciplines
- Sales experience in health-care industry preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
- Energetic and outgoing character with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Result oriented to achieve/exceed job expectations
- Good English & fluent Cantonese. Fair Mandarin is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Specialist
