Manages, implement and administer Sales and Marketing activities.
Largely involved in formulating Sales and Marketing plans, guidelines, policies and short-term strategies as well as setting goals and targets.
Provides guidance to team leaders.
Responsible for career development of team leaders.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Applies advanced knowledge and skills in Sales and Marketing.
•
Involved in implementation of customer acquisition programs and distribution strategy.
•
Independent on meeting operational objectives and requires only general guidelines.
•
Lead, direct, and control all sales and marketing functions so activities meet the organization’s business objectives, comply with regulations, and protect the organization’s reputation.
•
Activities may include: market research, forecasting, pricing, marketing campaigns, business development activities, customer service, invoicing and payment administration.
• May be involved in negotiating terms of sales with clients.
• Responsible for establishing targets in areas such as product mix, sales volume, market share, or business development for own department and monitoring performance of the department against these goals.
