The Opportunity:

For our Nutrition Division we are looking for a great talent to join our Marketing team as a Congress and Marketing coordinator.

This will be an office-based role, located in Tel Aviv, Israel.

As Congress and Marketing coordinator, you will be responsible for all administrative related tasks for pediatric and medical nutrition. Work with marketing and sales teams including logistical support, collaboration and full assistance in a multitask business environment.

What You'll do:

  • Be responsible for logistical and all administrative related tasks for pediatric and medical nutrition marketing and sales teams including the production of promotional materials, engage with suppliers, coordinate meetings, manage PO’s, full support with conferences administration etc.
  • Coordinate the execution and produce promotional materials – bid offer from suppliers, working with graphic needs and manage the budget.
  • Follow-up promotional materials stock and actively update product managers accordingly.
  • Logistic coordination of conferences as per project managers’ needs.
  • Budget administrative management (Full cycle – from Purchase Order to payment).
  • Support and coordinate “cross department / division” projects.
  • Coordinate meetings upon request.
  • Provide full support to pediatric and medical nutrition sales force in terms of promotional materials, products samples, PSAs, information on conferences / events, support with price offers, etc.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute congresses, cycle meeting and company events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Abbott’s KOL’s and ambassadors.
  • Understand and adhere to Abbott policies.
  • Adequate and accurate reporting and administration.
  • Back-Up to the front desk upon need.

Required qualifications and background:

  • B.A. degree (preferably economics, marketing or business).
  • Great computer skills – working with multiple reporting, approval and documentation systems.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Previous administrative experience / marketing experience / customer support experience.
  • Advantage - previous work with SAP.
  • Collaborator, team player, integrator - strong communication capabilities to work with multifunctional teams.
  • Strong computer skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
