Job Description

  • Assist the head of marketing manager to develop marketing objectives, strategies, advertising, and promotion and ensure their execution with customer engagement to achieve brand objectives
  • Assist the head of marketing manager to manage and develop brand budgeting and marketing planning on a regular basis e.g. Business Plan, LRP, Brand plan, KPI
  • Develop and implement marketing campaign and program through collaboration with other function to achieve brand objectives
  • Maintain contact with key customers to follow up promotion efforts and keep informed on needs of the customers
  • Analyze market trends and sales potential; issue monthly proposed forecast with suggested action plans to achieve the proposed forecast
  • Assist the head of marketing manager to design marketing strategy and execution plans and carry out
  • Assist the head of marketing manager to manage the short-term & mid-term business planning process based on solid market insights and assumptions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with KOLs in order to ensure the value proposition of brands
  • Assist the head of marketing manager to develop the customer engagement plan to enhance customer awareness and preference of product differentiation
  • Ensure the integrity of marketing activities in accordance with local, regional and corporate compliance policies
  • Assist the head of marketing manager to lead collaboration efforts with sales force, other functions and marketing managers
  • Analyze market trends and sales potential to make monthly proposed forecast with suggested action plans to achieve the proposed forecast.
  • Contribute to the development of the strategy through the Brand Planning process in line with strategy defined by Global Brand Team and assist the adequate involvement of multiple functions as relevant for the Brand.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with more than 1 years of marketing experience in pharmaceutical companies
  • Prefer Aesthetics market experience in marketing and sales team
  • Strong business awareness and analytical skills including strategic thinking, and business planning
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve results
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in MS (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
