AGC Biologics: Part-Time SoMe Student Assistant for the Engineering Department
We are seeking a motivated SoMe Student Assistant to support the development and maintenance of SharePoint and Actimo sites for the Engineering Department. In this role, you will be part of the Reception, Security, and Services team to improve our internal platforms, communication, and promote the department's role within AGC Biologics.
Job Title: Student Assistant - SoMe for Engineering Department
Job Type: Part-Time (8–15 hours/week, 07:00–16:00, Monday–Friday)
Location: AGC Biologics, Søborg
Duration: Permanent
Key responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and update SharePoint and Actimo platforms to improve accessibility and usability
- Customize web parts for intuitive navigation and smooth user experience
- Create and manage high-quality and engaging content, including posts and graphics related to the Engineering department's needs
- Gather input from team leads and managers to ensure accurate and relevant content
- Develop strategies to enhance engagement and promote the department's role within the company
- Monitor performance and provide insights for improvement
- Collaborate within Engineering department to align content with project goals and run interactive activities like contests or games
- Respond to feedback, inquiries, and comments to foster a positive internal community
- Support ongoing development and optimization of intranet communication tools
- Assist in a timely manner to meet deadlines
Required skills
- Advanced IT skills with expertise in SharePoint or similar platforms
- Strong graphic design and content editing abilities
- Excellent writing and editing skills for professional communication
- Experience in creating visually appealing, user-friendly intranet pages
- Familiarity with social media strategies and aligning content with organizational principles
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in English (Danish is a plus)
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student
- Open-minded, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Prior experience in a SoMe role or similar is preferred
