Job Description

Agilent's Information Security & Risk Management organization is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Cyber Security Analyst with a passion for information security to join our team.

At Agilent, we're always looking to move the needle on our cybersecurity posture to respond to incidents and get ahead in a fast-paced cybersecurity landscape. To help us accomplish that, we are looking for a highly motivated, passionate Cyber Security Analyst to join our team of Cyber Security professionals. The successful candidate will have high-level knowledge of Information Security and IT. This position will mainly be focused on Incident Response and Operational Technology (OT) but will expand into other areas of Cyber Security operations.

Primary Duties:

  • Cyber Security Monitoring -- Monitor the corporate SIEM and respond to Cyber Security incidents as they arise
  • Threat Hunting -- Review security logs, packet capture, and other security sources as part of ongoing investigations
  • Incident Response -- Lead Cyber Security investigations involving other IT and business functions including troubleshooting sessions and documentation
  • Threat Hunting --Assist with targeted threat hunt and red teaming exercises
  • Compliance -- Work with OT environments to help with compliance and security
  • General Security -- Communicate appropriately with other security analysts, management, and end-users
  • General Security -- Assist where needed with other areas of Cyber Security Operations

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant IT and Cyber Security experience
  • Practical or theoretical Experience with various network scanning, monitoring, and vulnerability management tools such as Qualys, nMap, Nessus, Netscout, etc.
  • Clear communication skills to effectively articulate true risk
  • Ability to work with others having a wide variety of styles, performances, cultures, etc.
  • Candidates must be based near an Agilent location in India, preferably in Manesar.

Additional Desired Skills:

  • SPLUNK administration skills
  • Basic programming skills to develop and maintain scripts to probe servers, network equipment, etc for configuration settings
  • Automation skills
  • Information security experience in a high-tech manufacturing/healthcare organization
  • CISSP certification
