As a Compliance specialist for Agilent, you will work at a variety of labs, so having an appetite for continuously learning about new instruments, software and consumables is key. Applying your communication skills, creativity and can-do attitude is essential. The ability to help with solving customer problems and a commitment to deliver the highest levels of customer service is how you will build customer success.

Your Role:

You will be responsible for supporting our customers on various compliance consultancy, help manage escalations, incident analysis, finding root cause, framing CAPA. Help and mentor field team for QMS and compliance deliveries. Collaborate with regional experts team and help drive QMS in country, advice CSO management as appropriate, in addition wherever needed to support sales team during appropriate customer interaction and provide technical insights.

Ensures customer satisfaction by advising on productivity, adequate compliance including training.
And responds to customers queries and addressing concerns.

Qualifications

A Bachelors or master’s degree within the science field – e.g. chemistry, analytical chemistry biochemistry, biotechnology or similar

7+ years of experience in a similar position or QA experience in pharma or similar industry

Experience in CSV execution is added advantage, capable to manage ISO related activities


Go getter personality, excellent Verbal and written communication, respectful and timely

You enjoy travelling and visiting customers
