We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong document management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Document Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, organization, and accessibility of company documents, both physical and electronic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates the review and revision of procedures, specifications and forms, such as quality manuals and standard operating procedures.

  • Prepares process and status reports, assigns and monitors document numbers and reviews documents for accuracy and completeness.

  • Coordinates the compilation and maintenance of regulatory filing documents and maintaining computerized files to support all documentation systems, including archiving documentation according to regulatory requirements.

  • Manages documentation such as good manufacturing practices (GMP) and good documentation practices (GDP) procedure manuals and change authorizations in accordance with company policies and government regulations.

  • Provide training on quality documentation tracking systems and processes as needed.

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree or higher and/or relevant work experience.

  • Proven years of experience in document management, administrative support, or a related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Familiarity with document management software.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Knowledge of regulatory standards for document management is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least December 25, 2024 or until the job is no longer posted.The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $32.18 - $50.29/hr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
