The Manufacturing Chemist position performs a wide variety of technical duties to support small scale manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities:
Executes production procedures to manufacture gRNA to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities include scale-up and troubleshooting for equipment, systems and/or scientific procedures.
May establish operating equipment specifications and improve production techniques.
May assist with resolving technical issues, as well as maintenance of production equipment.
May review existing operational and process discrepancies in production and provide technical expertise to improve procedures.
Creates or edits required documentation of scientific processes and results for customer and compliance purposes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, engineering or related life science field; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience
1+ years relevant experience in a lab setting and or GMP environment

This job has a full time weekly schedule. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least December 24, 2024 or until the job is no longer posted.The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $30.69 - $47.96/hr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
