Job Description
In this role you will be working with the Analytics & Data Governance Center of Excellence team which has subject matter experts (SMEs) in the domains of data management, data analytics, data governance, and business consultation enabling us to provide our users with supported comprehensive analytic insights. You will work specifically in the Staff Operations Squad reporting into a Business Team Manager where you will work across Agilent within the businesses to help continue to grow revenue, mitigate risks, and increase operational efficiency via the leverage of analytics.
Description:
Responsible for analytic project management and or program management. Includes consultancy, requirements gathering / voice of customer, design & solutioning validation, partnership, and alignment cross functionally with additional Agilent partners. Additionally, process mapping & alignment, change management, training, communications, and ongoing portfolio [production] support.
Primary Responsibilities
Management of the E2E program/project all life stages standard to PMI and Agilent.
Monitors each phase of project management and report out on status. Ensuring projects are approved, aligned w/ business strategy, use case/stories are well-defined, design/data sources and logic are all validated, sprints are planned based on the requirements, sprints are started/completed on time, security design and overall project issues/risks are uncovered, and resolution or decisions are in place.
Consult with the business on use case/story and identify/map the data sources and definition[s]/logic, BI visualization design and KPI identification [& logic] using critical thinking to recommend and ensure design/solution aligns with and enables the business actions and or operational risk mitigation.
With data analyst ensure data and process analysis to understand data behavior, system data generation, business process dependencies, is completed. With testing validations work together to raise up any uncovered gaps or data quality issues.
Driver of standardized analysis and defined metrics and processes globally where possible.
Train the business end users, support teams, and partners to drive literacy growth and consumption of analytic solutions/products and their insights.
Act as a change agent among stakeholders, end users, partners for processes and analytic solutions.
Collaborate with Data Analyst on technical drafting of all requirements of customized solutions and ensuring dependencies are identified and planned.
With Support Data Analyst work through assigned portfolios Product Change/Enhancement requests assessed, prioritized and backlog generated where applicable.

Description additional of the Position (minimum qualifications):
Bachelor’s or master’s Degree or equivalent.
4+ years relevant experience for entry to this level.
Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently.
Strong Knowledge and Experience across the following platforms:
Experience using Business Intelligence Software such as: Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik or Spotfire
Experience using SAPCRM, SalesForce.com or SAP ECC Routings/Work Centers
Nice to have:
Development experience with Spotfire, QlikSense, Tableau, or Power BI
