International Shipping Coordinator

Job Description
We are looking for an International Shipping Coordinator that will oversee and manage all activities related to the import/export of products and materials, including inventory coordination, traffic management, and shipping operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working with third-party logistics providers, customs documentation, and global trade compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and coordinate activities related to the import and export of goods, ensuring timely and accurate movement of products.
Manage the logistics of finished goods inventory, ensuring proper tracking and stock levels.
Work closely with third-party logistics providers to facilitate product and material movement across international borders.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including customs documentation, dangerous goods handling, and risk assessments.
Coordinate the shipping and movement of products and materials, ensuring timely delivery to internal teams and customers.
Support new product prototyping and engineering changes, including enhancements in packaging of finished goods.
Monitor and improve shipping processes and systems to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Handle global trade compliance documentation and ensure adherence to relevant regulations.
Provide regular updates on shipping status, inventory levels, and logistical issues to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or Higher
2+ years of experience in international shipping, logistics, or a similar field.
Strong knowledge of global trade compliance, customs regulations, and shipping documentation (dangerous goods, risk assessments, etc.).
Experience with third-party logistics providers and freight forwarding.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Additional Details
This job has a full time weekly schedule. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least February 10, 2025 or until the job is no longer posted.The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $20.77 - $32.45/hr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
