Job Description

We are looking for an International Shipping Coordinator that will oversee and manage all activities related to the import/export of products and materials, including inventory coordination, traffic management, and shipping operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working with third-party logistics providers, customs documentation, and global trade compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and coordinate activities related to the import and export of goods, ensuring timely and accurate movement of products.

• Manage the logistics of finished goods inventory, ensuring proper tracking and stock levels.

• Work closely with third-party logistics providers to facilitate product and material movement across international borders.

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including customs documentation, dangerous goods handling, and risk assessments.

• Coordinate the shipping and movement of products and materials, ensuring timely delivery to internal teams and customers.

• Support new product prototyping and engineering changes, including enhancements in packaging of finished goods.

• Monitor and improve shipping processes and systems to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.

• Handle global trade compliance documentation and ensure adherence to relevant regulations.

• Provide regular updates on shipping status, inventory levels, and logistical issues to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Higher

• 2+ years of experience in international shipping, logistics, or a similar field.

• Strong knowledge of global trade compliance, customs regulations, and shipping documentation (dangerous goods, risk assessments, etc.).

• Experience with third-party logistics providers and freight forwarding.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
