ABOUT THE ROLE

Role Overview: The I&O Product Office Lead has strategic responsibilities of Enabling & Governing the I&O Product line driving Product Adoption, compliance & Standards. This role will be directly reporting to the Head of I&O. This individual will collaborate with senior leadership, Business functions, Other IT functions to ensure progress on key initiatives. The role encompasses diverse responsibilities spanning I&O Product performance, strategy facilitation, automation, vendor management, agile Adoption, business analytics, life cycle management, and Product resource management.

Key Accountabilities:

• Create Strategic Road map for I&O Product office around Compliance, standards & Automation

• Develop and own the automation agenda for I&O, capturing automation activities and increasing the automation adoption.

• Govern and Maintenance of Product Standards, Compliance & Risks

• Product Life cycle management including EOSL, Vendor & Contract management.

• Use analytics to identify continuous improvement opportunities, working closely with the Product Insights & Analytics Lead.

• Employ strong analytical and insight expertise as well as experience with data to influence decisions.

• Facilitate cross-industry benchmarking for strategic thought leadership.

• Collaborate with delivery heads to optimize capabilities and meet optimization targets.

• Support teams to maintain accurate data in CMDB, Service Portfolio, and related databases.

• Work with the Leadership Team (LT) to execute initiatives flawlessly and measure values & benefits of the products range

• Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with ability to prepare and present compelling data that drives decisions.

Automation:

• Identify, prioritize, and lead automation activities across I&O Product lines.

• Embed “automation first” principle at all stages of Product life cycle.

• Foster a culture of automation, encouraging cross-learning and re-use of automated solutions.

• Raise awareness within the team about the benefits and possibilities of automation.

Risks, Standards & Compliance:

• Responsible for working with product leads in pro-actively identifying and mitigating potential risks

• Work hand in hand with the Global Risk and compliance team in managing cross functional risks involving I&O

• Work with Cyber security teams in terms of the Product line adherence to all cyber standards & bring out potential cyber risks

Life Cycle & Vendor Management:

• Product Life cycle management including EOSL, Vendor, budgets & Contract management.

• Manage contracts, governance & Currencies across I&O estate.

• Collaborate with Procurement to manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment with sustainability goals.

• Review & set standards for Vendor Performance and service levels.

• Evaluate and optimize vendor performance, contributing to the overall efficiency of I&O.

Agile, Business Analytics, and Productivity:

• Integrate & Measure Agile Adoption principles into I&O, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.

• Utilize business analytics skills to identify improvements, elicit requirements, and contribute to the efficiency of I&O products.

• Implement & Manage Productivity Measures to ensure efficient and effective use of resources throughout project and service life cycles.

• Effectively manage resources within I&O, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization for respective Product releases

• Collaborate with teams to develop resource management strategies that align with business objectives to meet the supply and demand.

Experience & Essential Skills:

• Education: Degree level standard or equivalent, preferably in business technology or a related field.

Leadership Experience:

Experience working with senior leaders, including VP level, to support strategic business performance optimization. Demonstrated management experience of matrix and multicultural teams over several continents.

• Executive Communication: Confident presenter who likes to get in front of stakeholders or any audience to espouse their and the company’s vision and the merits of products and services.

• Networking: Effective networker & Influencer with the ability to form working relationships at different levels and with different stakeholder groups.

• Service Delivery: Strong experience in service delivery with a focus on customer experience.

• Metrics and Benchmarking: Good understanding of deploying OKRs/KPIs for enhanced performance and utilizing benchmarking for effective target setting.

• Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgeting and finance concepts.

• Automation Skills: Demonstrated experience in driving and implementing automation initiatives.

• Vendor Management: Proficient in managing vendor relationships and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Agile, Business Analytics, and Life Cycle Management: Familiarity and expertise in Agile principles, business analytics methodologies, and life cycle management practices.

• Resource Management: Effective resource management skills, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization.
