As an IT Agile Associate Business Analyst, you will be part of our ETS Project Capabilities Delivery Team, a global team that delivers key strategic programmes, technology refresh and innovative digital solutions. Your role will be pivotal in guiding improvements in business processes, assisting with the integration of technological solutions, and ensuring that the needs of the business are met through IT systems.

Accountabilities:
Your role will involve requirement gathering, systems analysis and design, project management, quality assurance, change management, user training and support, data analysis and reporting, and communication. You will serve as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex concepts to non-technical team members.

Essential

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of business processes and how they can be implemented into IT systems.

  • Technical skills in system design and analysis, familiarity with programming languages, databases, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Proficiency in documenting requirements, specifications, and user manuals.

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and its regulations is beneficial.

  • Experience of performing a Business Analyst role across multiple different types of projects

  • Agile and Scrum Master skills across multiple different types of projects

  • Ability to analyse, challenge, negotiate and influence

  • Organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise work

  • Innovative thinking, open-mindedness and prepared to work on different approaches depending on the complexity, level of risk, known assumptions, constraints and dependencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Good business acumen with sensitivity to environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to operate in a sophisticated, fast moving and ambiguous environment

  • Experience handling and delivering around multiple conflicting priorities

  • Ability to work well in and across diverse global teams in a multi-time zone environment

  • Ability to intuitively identify and fill gaps of different role types

  • Strong networking and team working skills

  • Excellent time management and planning skills

Desirable

  • IIBA CBAP, IIBA CCBA, or PMI-PBA certifications or similar

  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

  • Knowledge of data privacy laws and compliance standards relevant to the pharmaceutical industry, such as GDPR or HIPAA.

  • Experience with BI tools, data analytics, and reporting.

  • Experience of working with internal and third party suppliers

  • Experience leading teams and activities
