What you’ll do

• Development of Market Access Strategy for focus products in line with the business objectives across therapy areas

• Drive implementation of Market Access strategy by designing, developing and implementing Market Access initiatives within the relevant Key accounts

• Support the conceptualization, creation, development dissemination of Local Value Story and Value Proposition documents/ tools for focus products using scientific data and HEO research to support access to healthcare solutions/ innovative medicines.

• Participate in regular interactions with key stakeholders to keep abreast of the developments within the pharmaceutical and healthcare domain to drive engagement and identify potential opportunities for Market Access initiatives within key therapy areas.

• Coordinate with the New product planning team and the therapy area experts in developing patient/ market access initiatives and engage with the external partners in delivering of the initiatives defined for the new launches, as per schedule

• Monitor and keep score of the patient/ market access initiatives and its impact on patients and publish information for supporting communication, government affair interactions and other initiatives.

Essential for the role

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or a business-related field

• Minimum 10 years of working in Pharma / Financial Services / Insurance Industry with focus in Health Ecosystem or Market Access

• Experience of working with Government Institutions

• Self-motivated and drive is critical to the role

• Ability to consider long term as well as execute short term

• Demonstrated skill sets in project management

• Fluency in English ( written & spoken)

• Excellent communicator and ability to work with science
