Join our Operations Global Data Office Team as a Senior Data Quality Assurance Analyst. This role is pivotal in delivering our Operations Data vision, which supports the successful delivery of the 2030 strategy. If you have experience in data management and data quality and have a proven track record working in a complex data environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Accountabilities:

As a Senior Data Quality Assurance Analyst, you will create data quality dashboards to ensure adherence to data standards and data governance policies. You will work closely with data stewards and business owners, developing SQL code for monitoring and measuring the quality of data. Your role will also involve supporting the remediation and cleansing of data.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Highly experienced in developing and supporting the creation of data quality dashboards in Power BI

  • Advanced T-SQL skills to support Data Analysis, Data Profiling and Data Quality rule creation

  • Demonstrated experience & subject matter expertise within data management disciplines

  • Expert in extracting and manipulating data in various formats

  • Experience in working in a complex SAP data environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in Snowflake or similar for data lakes

  • Strong desire to improve the quality of data

  • Experience of Business and IT partnering for the implementation of Data Quality KPIs and visualisations

  • Strong Stakeholder management skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple streams of work simultaneously

  • Experience of working in a global organisation, preferably within the pharmaceuticals industry and or Supply Chain

  • Experience of working in global change projects

  • Bachelor's degree in computing, data or a related technology field, or equivalent number of years of experience

  • Fluency in English

  • Using one of the following tools or similar: Power automate, Qliksense, DataIKU or Python

  • Knowledge of at least one standard data quality tool such as Alteryx, Aperture, Collibra, Trillium, Ataccama or SAS Viya

  • Experience of any of the following for data cleansing – Winshuttle, Aperture or Celonis for data process mining

  • Working within a lean environment and knowledge of data governance methodologies and standards
