Join our dedicated Oncology team as a Global Study Associate, where you will support the delivery of clinical studies by providing administrative and system support. This role requires flexibility as you will work across several studies, with accountabilities differing depending on the exact nature of the clinical program. Accountabilities:

As a Global Study Associate, your responsibilities will include collecting, reviewing, and tracking relevant study documents, supporting the set-up, maintenance, closeout, and archiving of the Trial Master File (TMF), and coordinating regular Quality Checks (QC) of the TMF. You will also assist in tracking and reconciling invoices, support study team members in using tracking systems and communication tools, and manage the coordination and tracking of study materials and equipment.

Essential Skills/Experience:

- University degree / Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience

- Good understanding of drug development

- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience of administrative / operational support of clinical studies

- Experience in Oncology R&D is a plus!
