AstraZeneca is on the lookout for an experienced Sales Services Manager to join our Data Management & Operations team within Strategic Field Operations. This role is an outstanding chance to lead multiple tools and processes, supporting field-based employees across various units. You will be responsible for continuously evolving capabilities, identifying innovative strategies, and ensuring representative field readiness.

Accountabilities:

As a Sales Services Manager, you will act as the business owner for a platform consisting of multiple applications and data for field and HQ users. You will manage people to territory mapping for US field employees, support compliance with Pharmaceutical Detailer Licensing and Registration laws, and oversee the process flows for a web-based query tool used by field employees. You will also be responsible for managing both simple and sophisticated projects to improve tools and systems, analyzing trends, preparing reports, and building positive relationships with vendors and offshore teams.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; preferably in a relevant field.

• 5+ years pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience, Field Support Services experience preferred.

• 5+ years of Data Management and/or related experience.

• Experience working in a Data Management, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, and/or Analytics environment.

• Experience in Supporting Field Force is plus.

• Experience across the product life cycle (emerging, launch, in-line, mature).
