Reporting to the Process Optimisation Director, you will support the end-to-end management and evolution of our BPM platform. This role combines your strong analytical mindset with your ability to communicate simply, with precision and impact across our stakeholders.

Accountabilities

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Process Optimization Director on the direction of our BPM strategy and framework, managing our BPM framework, methodologies, modelling standards, governance and best practices. You will lead efforts on on-boarding new business teams onto our BPM platform, support training and certification of new users, and support process mapping/modelling and process optimization efforts for strategic projects to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Essential Skills/Experience

  • Solid understanding of process modelling techniques, tools, frameworks and standards.
  • Strong experience in at least one BPM platform (e.g. BIC, Aris, Signavio etc.)
  • Ability to model and document end to end business processes using BPMN 2.0
  • Capable of performing requirement gatherings activities and acting as tool administrator
  • Analysing and designing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Energetic and self-motivated
  • Strong time management skills with ability to work at pace, handling multiple initiatives at one time
  • Comfortable with working virtually in a global environment
  • Proficiency in English
  • Experience of working in Agile methodology

Desirable Skills/Experience

  • Experience of various related BPM capabilities such Process/Task Mining, Robotics Process Automation, Low Code automation, BPM, workflow tools.
  • Six Sigma or Lean Management Green Belt certified
  • Experience in change management projects and process optimization initiatives
