Our Position- 12 Month Contract
As Marketing Manager, Respiratory Biologics, you will be reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Respiratory Biologics and will work with a diverse and energetic team of marketers, cross-functional partners, and skilled sales team, to move the business forward and help improve the lives of Canadians living with severe asthma. Through genuine curiosity, problem solving, and collaboration, you will ensure the development and effective implementation of brand tactics and strategies to positively impact the value the brand delivers to patients, healthcare providers, and AstraZeneca.
Your responsibilities include:
- Build, lead, and complete customer marketing activities to promote our product with key customers to build a highly respected and differentiated brand.
- Working within our AZ structure, you will build collaboration, contribute to a positive team environment, and fully adopt a ‘speak-up culture’ where diversity of thought is critical for our shared success.
- Work effectively and dynamically with marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure executional excellence, capture new insights, and find solutions to difficult problems
- Build partnerships and mutual trust with the BioResp Sales Team, first line sales managers, to create alignment across teams and build a motivating team culture that encourages continued growth.
- Ensure the perspectives of others are fully heard and understood when collaborating with internal teams and external customers during development and implementation of marketing activities.
- Be comfortable working through ambiguity with an openness to exploring new ideas through experimentation and iteration, while also completing critical tasks based on priority.
- Positively influencing brand performance and profitability while controlling promotional expenses.
Your qualifications include:
- Minimum of 5 years of successful pharmaceutical experience.
- University degree or equivalent in science and/or business.
- Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Strong strategic analysis/planning skills.
- Successful history of positive team collaborations, with demonstrated ability to understand the perspective of others.
- Desire personal growth and development.
- Demonstrated ability to react timely to change and remain agile to a changing environment.
- Previous experience in marketing, professional education/CHE or capability development a definite asset.
