Desirable Skills/Experience

When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we fuel bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines. In-person working gives us the platform we need to connect, work at pace and challenge perceptions. That's why we work, on average, a minimum of three days per week from the office. But that doesn't mean we're not flexible. We balance the expectation of being in the office while respecting individual flexibility. Join us in our unique and ambitious world.

At AstraZeneca, we thrive on being part of a global network. Connected with the global Medical team, we are constantly learning from working with new and innovative drugs, alongside world-class people. Our science-led pipeline powers us to better serve patients. We're leading the industry by shifting the approach from pure medicine development to early diagnosis and treatment. The breadth and depth of our pipeline means there's a huge variety of work. Every day, we get to do the unexpected, supported to be the best we can be.
