The team engages with some of the most exciting business areas within AstraZeneca and is faced with solving a variety of complex business and IT challenges.

Accountabilities

The product manager is responsible for a district number of Business Capabilities. Their responsibility will include the documentation, support, and project delivery to the capabilities within their area. They will be responsible for the management of the solution design (high-level design, linked to the business requirements, configuration of the system, and any functional design definitions). They are also responsible for managing the dependencies with other capabilities not in their control, working jointly with other relevant Product leads. They will manage a backlog and prioritize these jointly with the relevant Enterprise Business Partner and Enterprise Process Leads.

Essential Skills/Experience

  • 6+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst preferred
  • 6+ years of professional experience working with SAP in the Indirect Procurement, Material management and Account Payable Functional area – FICO, MM
  • Extensive experience in work with cross-functional teams to deliver related requirements
  • Experience of successfully deploying business analysis tools/techniques to enable business change
  • Experience of working with complex integrated systems, using creative and strategic thinking to deliver exceptional results
  • Engagement, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including presentation and influencing skills
  • Experience of virtual collaboration to lead, shape and develop innovative solutions
  • Experience of working with and managing third-party suppliers/vendors
  • Bachelor’s Degree required

Desirable Skills/Experience

  • Awareness of relevant legislation and data protection laws
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry and of competitor activity, on a particular architecture and Information Management
  • Lifesciences and Pharma industry experience, especially on the accounts payable process
  • Demonstrate initiative, strong customer orientation, and cross-cultural working
  • SAP Certified in SAP S/4HANA.
