What you’ll do
- Drive sales performance and deliver brand KPIs and financial targets to meet and/or exceed assigned objectives & position AstraZeneca as leader in CVRM
- Engage with healthcare professionals in dialogue about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients
- Serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain networks with HCPs in/out of the assigned key account management environment
- Manage the implementation of the account plan securing cross-functional resources where required
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market and diseases area
- Work closely with all external & internal stakeholders directly involved in the patient journey to gain a deep understanding of their needs in order AZ to contribute with meaningful solutions
Essential for the role
- Bachelor’s degree (life sciences educational background will be considered an asset)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in pharma industry
- Experience in Effective management of Key Accounts
- Results oriented
- Ιnterpersonal and communication skills
- Business Acumen with Strategic & Analytical thinking
- Fluency in Greek and English language (both written and verbal)
Desirable for the role
- Master’s Degree
- Experience in Nephrology or Diabetology
