What you’ll do

Job Description / Capsule

Be directly responsible for assigned portfolio performance & business development in the North (from Ninh Thuan to the north provinces).

Report directly to the Business Unit Director and directly supervises a group of Area Managers.

Has responsibility for sales of the hospitals in North (from Ninh Thuan to the north provinces) and support to implement marketing strategy for whole Respiratory in these regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for identifying business opportunities and building short-term and long-term business plans and strategies to expand business.
  • Responsible for sales management & execution of assigned portfolio within geography to ensure achievement of business goals; manage the PnL and ROI of the sector with appropriate FTE and investment.
  • Lead and develop the team including, but not limited to, performance development, talent management, and career development.
  • Cohesive with brand team to implement business and marketing strategy to optimize all potentials of brand, market and channel, achieve successful growth and market share of own areas. Evaluate and monitor promotional activities vs. KPIs.
  • Together with brand team and medical to develop key stakeholders & KEEs through scientific programs and engagement
  • Responsible for budgetary compliance; and team compliance including 1st line monitoring, drive success, etc.
  • Adherence to AZ global policy for external interaction, code of conduct and industry code of promotional practices.

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Graduate Degree in Pharma, Science or Medicine with minimum 5+ years Sales and/or Marketing management experience.
  • Or graduate Degree in Economy, with 5+ years’ experience in Pharma & Medicine
  • Vietnamese proficiency required

Desirable

  • MBA is Preferable
  • Biopharmaceutical is preferable

  • Demonstrate experience of a successful track record in pharma/biotech sales roles including sales management
  • Ability to develop Strategic Partnerships
