Accountabilities:
As a Planning Parameter Analyst, your responsibilities will span across various areas. You will work closely with the planning team and IT specialists to configure the OMP planning system according to business requirements. Your analytical skills will be put to use in analyzing planning data and historical trends to identify areas for improvement. You will also evaluate the effectiveness of the planning system's parameter values by measuring plan outcomes against predefined performance metrics. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, problem-solving, maintaining clear documentation, providing training and support, and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement are also key aspects of this role.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Strong analytical skills
Ability to ensure data accuracy, consistency and completeness
Knowledge of data governance principles
Understanding in documenting data definitions, data lineage, and data mapping
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem-solving skills
A commitment to staying updated with industry trends and best practices in data management and analysis
A keen eye for detail
The capacity to think critically and make data-driven decisions
Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
The flexibility to adapt to evolving data needs and technologies in the organization
A degree or equivalent in Business, Data Sciences or Engineering is preferred
Experience in supply planning, with knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
