The Medical Scientific Liaison Neurology will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) in the assigned areas (Lombardia, Piemonte, Liguria, Valle D’Aosta, Sardegna) to create a better understanding of disease and treatments awareness. You will provide clinical and scientific support for KOLs and deliver high-level medical information on gMG and NMOSD. Additionally, you will support Field Medical Advisor Neuro and Medical Affairs Manager Neuro with office activities. This role involves 20% office-based activities and 80% field medical activities.

Accountabilities
- Develop, establish, and maintain relationships with KOLs and engage scientifically to enhance understanding of treatments and disease awareness.
- Provide clinical and scientific support for KOLs, ensuring high-quality medical interactions and managing medical information requests.
- Deliver medical information to internal and external customers while working in a cross-functional environment.
- Stay updated on scientific and clinical developments in neurology: gMG and NMOSD.
- Plan and implement research projects for assigned products according to corporate and local policies.
- Support Italian centers in national/international clinical development research and collaborate with Clinical Ops.
- Assist Medical Advisor on local studies: planning study protocols, ensuring accurate data management and analysis, preparing final study reports, and timely publication of data.
- Provide high-quality support to the Regulatory Affairs Dept in defining and reviewing the product registration dossier and other documents.
- Support the Marketing Dept to ensure high scientific and educational standards in relevant activities (e.g., preparation and review of promotional material; planning and organization of scientific events).
- Manage all activities and account relationships according to Company Values, Code of Conduct, Guidelines/Internal procedures, and Italian legislation.

Essential Skills
- Previous experience in medical affairs as MSL or Medical Advisor
- Understanding of the medical role and ability to cross-collaborate with internal stakeholders and functions: sales, marketing, access, etc.
- Experience in relationship management, cross-functional attitude, and external stakeholder management
- Knowledge of legislation and compliance relevant to the pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to manage incoming data and/or requests in a timely manner and escalate when appropriate
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Residence or legal domicile in Milan/nearby

Desirable Skills
- Medical degree
- Qualified Doctor in the relevant Therapeutic Area
- PhD in the relevant Therapeutic Area
- Previous experience/Knowledge of Rare Disease Therapeutic Area
