The Domain Product Owner will define and communicate the product vision, execute product roadmaps, and prioritize features based on their business value. Additionally, this position requires close collaboration with the Project Manager, Business As Usual (BAU) leaders, and the Business Relationship Manager to ensure that systems align with strategic business objectives and meet user requirements.
Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for HR, Finance, and Wholesaler functions.
Create and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps, focusing on the modernization and replacement of legacy systems.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, taking initiatives from business users or IT requirements.
Break down initiatives into stories or actionable chunks of value, working with the Project Manager/BAU leaders to implement them.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and BRM to gather business/IT requirements, translate them into product requirements and ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure products meet the specific needs and expectations of HR, Finance, and Wholesaler teams.
Monitor and analyze product progress and performance, leveraging data to drive decisions and improvements.
Design and implement a modernization plan for legacy systems, ensuring alignment with technology standards and business requirements.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in HR, Finance, and Wholesaler business.
Proven track record in managing software or systems within HR, Finance, or Wholesaling functions
Years of Significant experience in ability to shape the product from innovation to scale cycle
Years of Experience with modern s/w delivery approaches such as DevOps and AIOps
Expertise in at least one of the following areas: HR software and systems, Finance solutions, or Wholesaler platforms
Experience working in a complex global organization
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge in multiple domains (HR, Finance, Wholesaler) is highly preferred
Scrum certification.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and product management best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Experience in designing and executing modernization plans for legacy systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize product backlogs effectively.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Understanding of GxP, SoX compliance regulations
Ability to work well in a team and cross-functional environment
