Under general supervision, responsible for all phases of medium-scale assigned process improvement projects, ensuring the successful conclusion of all phases within an appropriate time and at appropriate cost. Implements process improvements to meet quality standards, performs feasibility studies and solves problems. Creates necessary documentation and aides in communication to personnel.

MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List in order of importance)

• Support EHS improvement and follow the group policy
• Quality issue analysis with quality department lead problem solving related with process
• Cost saving project leading as project leader in plant level and get support from each department manager.
• Production process data analysis and production parameter maintain.
• Leading problem solving and tracking according CIP method.
• Production process document maintain such as SOP/WI/AI
• New process development or method improve from Safety/quality/cost.
• New production introduce in production and transfer from designer. Support from beginning and leading transfer to production at M3 phase.
• Leading 3Q validation and collection the data documents in process change.
• Maintain tooling with maintenance team together as systemization.
• Leading Tooling optimalization and support new tooling design at beginning.
• Support/enable production to realize production(process documentation, training, trouble-shooting)
• Join and support necessary project related with production/process/system/VSM
• Responsible for implement and tracking lean production measures and lean tools in production. Such as Avantor Business System method
• Other duties assigned by manager.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications)

• College degree or above, engineering background, at least 3 years production or industry technician and engineer experience.
• Electronic or machine industry experience
• Medical or one time using industry will be plus automobile industry also can be consider

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES (Those necessary to perform the job competently)

• Office software Word& Excel &PPT &CAD operation skills, or such tools for drawing and tooling design
• English reading and talking ability is must be. Have foreigner communication experience in past work will be plus
• Basic lean and flow production knowledge such as VSM/SMART/analysis tools
• Excellent learning ability can quickly understand new knowledge, new technologies.
• Good interpersonal skills, positive and responsible personality, team spirit
• Strong communication and coordination skills
