What We Are Looking For
- Education:
- BA or BS Degree or equivalent experience required.
- Certified Commercial Contract Manager (CCCM) and Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) desirable
- Experience:
- Significant contracts and/or procurement experience.
- Strong background in contract preparation, review, and administration.
- Experience in the life sciences industry is a plus.
- Languages:
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Additional language skills are advantageous.
- Collaboration Tools:
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and utilize relevant collaboration platforms and software.

As a Customer Contract Operations Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance, efficiency, and excellence in the management of customer contracts. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Administering, reviewing, and analyzing customer contracts to ensure compliance with business terms, regulations, and company policies.
- Supporting the Pricing Transformation Project by providing necessary customer contracting information.
- Identifying, developing, and implementing new contract policies and processes to improve efficiency and meet business needs.
- Managing contract change control and administration duties, ensuring contracts remain updated and aligned with business agreements.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for maintaining customer portals and ensuring accurate customer contract databases.
- Coordinating with legal, finance, and other departments to streamline contract review processes.
- Providing high-quality customer contract administration, including timely review and execution of renewal agreements, while mitigating risk effectively.
- Ensuring final contract documents align with terms agreed upon during negotiations.
- Maintaining excellent customer relationships, both internally and externally.
- Assisting in the identification and resolution of contractual risks and commercial considerations.

- Deep understanding of general contracting principles, theories, and concepts.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and maintain strong customer relationships.
