Essential Job Duties

Our Associate Salesforce Administrators play a pivotal role in optimizing our Salesforce application, including configuring integrations, managing custom fields and objects, and ensuring data cleanliness. You'll help design and enhance processes that drive operational efficiency. Salesforce is central to our technology stack, and your work will be instrumental in achieving a comprehensive view of our data to enhance both customer and employee experiences. This role offers a dynamic environment where you'll collaborate with various teams, develop your Salesforce expertise, and contribute to impactful projects. You will:

  • Deliver day-to-day end user support for Salesforce, including addressing user inquiries, providing best practice guidance, and creating training materials and documentation to enhance user proficiency.
  • Manage Salesforce Lightning administrative tasks, including user setup and management, profile and role configuration, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, and overseeing license, capacity, and storage management.
  • Customize and manage Salesforce components such as dashboards, reports, form templates, page layouts, flows, and approval processes. Develop and maintain custom objects, object relationships, and both standard and custom fields.
  • Integrate, manage, and maintain third-party applications. Evaluate and recommend tools and solutions to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Advance Salesforce knowledge through ongoing learning and development, including receiving mentorship from senior admins and engaging in self-directed learning using Salesforce resources and knowledge articles.

What You Need to Get the Job Done

  • 2-3 years of Salesforce experience
  • Experience with Excel/Google Sheets data manipulation
  • Junior-level project management skills
  • Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to multi-task between projects and daily fixes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take direction
  • Experience building in a sandbox environment
