Essential Job Duties
We’re looking for an all-star Customer Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving growth and deepening engagement within our existing customer base. This is an exciting growth role focused on generating sales pipeline, so bring your competitive nature and desire to win! You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive high-quality upsell opportunities, while also enhancing product adoption and customer retention. You also have a knack for data and can spend hours analyzing campaign performance, but you know how to quickly identify actionable insights and continuously optimize strategies to meet revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be hungry, energetic, and ambitious—someone who thrives on moving fast and achieving results. You are data-driven, customer-focused, and highly creative, with a passion for delivering impactful marketing experiences.
You will:
- Develop and execute data-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive upsell opportunities, increase sales pipeline, and enhance product adoption.
- Identify trends and opportunities within customer data to tailor marketing strategies to specific customer segments and maximize engagement.
- Streamline existing processes and explore new marketing channels to unlock additional growth potential.
- Analyze performance data and prepare and present campaign insights, customer behaviors, and test outcomes to leadership and other stakeholders.
- Build relationships across departments to ensure alignment and collaboration on projects and initiatives.
What You Need to Get the Job Done
- 4-6 years of marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, with a proven track record of launching successful demand generation or customer upsell campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Salesforce, Tableau, and Marketo for tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimizing marketing channels, including email, in-app messaging, and other digital platforms.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A creative and strategic approach to problem-solving, combined with a customer-focused mindset.
What Will Make Us REALLY Love You
- Experience in developing marketing strategies for diverse customer segments.
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing strategies and tools (6Sense, Gifting platforms like Sendoso, Postal).
- Knowledge of additional marketing tools and platforms to support campaign execution. (Pendo, Wrike, Marketo, Adobe, Canva, Gifting Platforms.
- Familiarity with webinar strategies and platforms.
