What you’ll do:

• Lead technical conversations with external customers on their applications and provide tailored solutions to best suit their needs.
• Work collaboratively with R&D, sales, channel management, and product management to create Market Support content & collateral.
• Develop and deliver training for our customers, internal colleagues, and channel partners.

Who you are:

• Minimum BSc in biology, biochemistry, or related science discipline.
• 2 years’ experience in a technical support or sales role.
• Experienced with the use and application of lab filtration consumables.
• Confident in delivering presentations/demos to both small and large groups.
• Able and willing to travel 20% of the time.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Writing reports or scientific papers
• Working with TFF systems
