The Process Engineer for Cytiva is responsible for Manufacturing process improvement/New project transfer and DBS culture loading down

This position is part of the manufacturing engineer located in Beijing and will be on site. At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:
• Design fixtures, tools and non-standard equipment. Improve tooling and test rig.
• Set SAP technical routing, make up the working hour audit BOM, procedure, and work time.
• Coordinate with other departments to solve production technical problems in site.
• Advise improvement plan of design, equipment and environment per manufacturing condition.
• Cooperate with design engineer to develop new products.
• Make up SOP and training the operators.
• Follow DBS culture, join and lead DBS Kaizen.

Who you are:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in hydraulic or mechanical
• Above 5 years’ experience in medical devices is required
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
