Job Description Summary:

Marketing Lead is expected to work closely with the Country Lead and play a strategic role in setting the overall direction and strategy around Medical Segment. The success of this role will rely largely on your ability to grow Medical Segment by driving intra-segment product and solution synergies. You will also be expected to inspire and enable your associates to meet BD’s strategic and financial objectives through leading and innovative practices.

Responsibilities:

Overall Medical Strategy Development

  • Set Medical Segment strategy including setting the direction for country Marketing, Product and Clinical and other marketing support
  • Participate in the formulation of business goals and initiatives that contribute back to the growth of the SEA organization

Monitor and track BU Profit & Loss within Country Medical Segment

  • Responsible for P&L within Medical Segment at country level
  • Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders (e.g., SEA Medical Director, Country Lead) to identify cost savings and opportunities to increase market share

Drive intra-segment synergies

  • Responsible for generating product and solution synergies across the relevant segments and teams

Build Strategic Partnerships (both internal and external)

  • Develop strategic relationships with high value stakeholders (e.g., customers, distributors, and government bodies) to achieve business goals
  • Strengthen customer portfolio to achieve significant growth and gain relevance in the market
  • Create strong rapport with all levels of BD associates across the region
