Education Required: Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program

General Description: Provide quality support for documentation, training, and change controls.

Essential Functions of the job:

• Gain an understanding of the Veeva Report and Dashboard functionality.
• Create site metrics for documentation, training and change control via Smartsheet and Veeva.
• Create PowerPoint slides for meetings.
• Perform verification of training assignments.
• Format and review site documentation in accordance with site procedures, as needed.
• Undertake any other duties as required.
