BioLamina is on the lookout for a Procurement Coordinator to join our Operations team. If you are a skilled problem-solver with a buyer’s mindset and a passion for enhancing processes, we want to hear from you! We are seeking a professional with a solid background in procurement operations within a production company, ideally with 2+ years of experience. A background in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry is a big plus, as we value precision, quality, and a commitment to excellence.

In this role, you will be overseeing the procurement processes, managing our ERP system (SAP Business One), and ensuring accurate master data management. Your expertise will be essential as you handle daily purchasing activities, monitor items, pricing, and delivery schedules, and optimize procurement systems. Strong organizational and communication skills will enable you to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain SAP Business One for procurement tasks, ensuring streamlined purchasing and master data management.
  • Keep item and pricing data accurate and updated in ERP systems.
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and monitor product availability to meet production needs.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Analyze product costs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support supplier performance evaluations, negotiations, and development in alignment with Supply Chain Management.
  • Contribute to optimizing warehouse and logistics flows. Contribute to the development of warehouse and logistics flows to optimize operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields, OR a Higher Vocational Education (YH utbildning) in Supply Chain.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Procurement role, with expertise in ERP system management and master data management.
  • Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Jeeves, IFS, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English, written and spoken.

Experience Level

  • Entry to mid-level.
