Primary Purpose and Overall Objective:

Organizes and manages the Benelux/Nordics connectivity specialist team in collaboration with other customer service managers and sales to guarantee the deployment and support of bioMérieux solutions towards our customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Manage and facilitate a team of connectivity specialists including training and development according to market needs. Analyze and monitor team activity and adjust if necessary. Ensure IT activities are appropriately recorded in CRM.
  • Lead Connectivity implementation processes and support (remote & onsite) activities by coordinating appropriate resources to effectively deliver bioMérieux IT solutions.
  • Drive installation of Remote Solutions installation for the diagnostic systems facilitating remote resolutions.
  • Manage, drive, and execute day-to-day business operations to ensure alignment with corporate policies. Facilitating successful execution and completion of projects by established deadlines through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Identification of cross-functional needs, evaluation of proposed solutions, development of implementation plans and successful execution based on established timelines.
  • Determine best practices and align on priorities managing both local and Regional strategic objectives.
  • Engage with Sepsis Product manager and commercial team in pre-sales activities (together with Connectivity specialist team) to promote bioMérieux IT & Data solutions. This may include but not limited to on-site, meetings, presentations & visits.
  • Engage with customer third party LIMS and IT providers, leveraging relationships to facilitate a smooth pathway for BioMérieux installations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Typical Studies - Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Training & Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Medical Technology, Business Management or related science, or equivalent experience.

Skills & qualification:

  • Must be fluent in English with excellent communication, analytical, facilitation and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with systems marketed by bioMérieux is preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Broad knowledge of Healthcare IT practices and principles
  • Demonstrate ability to lead/manage projects and tasks assigned by management
  • Exhibit advanced management, interpersonal, and leadership skills to drive and develop cross-functional teams
