THE OPPORTUNITY

We are recruiting for a Production Compliance Officer – a unique development opportunity in a truly innovative and revolutionary team! In this role, you implement and establish continuous improvement of the quality systems related to Production, while ensuring that Good Manufacturing & Packaging practices together with EHS & Quality standards are followed.

This position is based in Koropi and you will report directly to the Production Compliance Coordinator.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Performs mapping and continuous improvement of processes under responsibility through GAP analysis tools, SOPs issuance, personnel training, and additional tasks.
  • Assesses and reviews manufacturing and packaging documentation for open projects from compliance perspective in the areas of responsibility.
  • Runs day-to-day Manufacturing and Packaging Departments compliance tasks in the area of responsibility, by following up: CAPA, Change control actions, Deviations/Investigations, training co-ordination.
  • Co-ordinates/administrates LOS training management system for the areas of responsibility.
  • Actively participates in GMP Audits in manufacturing and packaging departments.

What You Should Bring To The Team

  • University degree in Engineering and/or Science.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in an industry environment preferably in pharmaceutical and alternatively in process industry.
  • Able to work with SAP system. Experience with MES system is considered a plus.
  • Excellent command of both Greek and English languages.
  • Customer service and compliance mindset, decision making, self-motivated, work in cross functional environment.
  • Task-prioritization skills; technical knowledge with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
