We're on the hunt for a dynamic, agile, and entrepreneurial minded International Product Manager to bolster our expanding team. This isn't just any role, it's an opportunity to spearhead the launch of an exhilarating new asset in the realm of Dermatology.

As the International Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our Marketing Brand team, supporting commercialization of Spesolimab, the first IL36 that launched in 2022. With several indications being investigated, the molecule promises to address areas of high unmet need. If you see yourself as a trailblazer then this position is for you.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Spearheading the development and execution of Integrated Asset Plan (IAP) and associated journeys/tactics, you'll collaborate with various teams and agencies to support our brand strategy
  • Taking the lead in crafting and managing program proformas is your responsibility, aligning our brand budgets with predicted engagement and sales forecasts to ensure a satisfactory ROI
  • As the guiding light for program optimization strategies at both corporate and local levels, you'll ensure the impact aligns with the proforma
  • Your role involves creating innovative marketing programs that adhere to Boehringer Ingelheim policies and Global regulations, setting the standard for compliance and creativity
  • As a strategic partner to MLR, you'll aid in the understanding of new channels, data, and capabilities, and drive the evolution of tactics and strategies
  • Leading the charge in analyzing market trends and generating insights from a variety of sources is your duty, including competitor and customer behavior as well as product and market performance
  • Pioneering new approaches to capture market insights through digital and 3rd party programs is your task, and you'll manage the delivery of universal learning to OPUs, educating them on the impact of tactics and channels in driving behavior and customer insights


Requirements

  • We're seeking candidates with an advanced degree, such as a Master of Science, or MBA, and several years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, particularly in marketing roles
  • We're looking for someone with product launch experience, especially on a global scale, and additional professional experience in digital marketing and/or customer management
  • Experience in the therapeutic area of specialty care, particularly in rare diseases is required
  • Previous experience in Immunology and Dermatology is required
  • We need a strong leader who can influence others, manage large cross-functional projects, and has excellent strategic capabilities and analytical skills
  • Exceptional customer focus is key; we're looking for someone who can gather and work with deep customer insights to drive dynamic brand strategies and tactics
