The Position

Joining our company, you will ensure compliance with BI policies and procedures bound by all Pharmacovigilance and Environment, Health, and Safety policies. You are someone with strong knowledge of Good Distribution Practice and will be located in the Philippines.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• You will perform SLCI (System for Launch and Changer Implementation) work steps as may be assigned to ensure finalization for optimal transition of product versions.
• You will ensure on time work-step completion
• You will likewise act as back-up Exports Control Officer
• Furthermore, you will do regular monitoring of screening activities (blocked partners or transactions).
• You are expected to be familiar with and have 3PL contract management experience and qualifications
• You are someone with vast experience and strong understanding of logistics and distribution (e.g. GDP).
• You are someone with experience working with different inventory management tools and knowledge of related best practices
• You must have strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders and partners
• You should have an ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships
• Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods is preferred
• Basic understanding of financial terms and reports (PnL)
  
  
  

About our future employee:

• You are a Bachelor’s degree holder or equivalent
• Ideally with 2-3 years experience in Logistics and Distribution
• Extensive know-how of SAP and MS Excel for analytics and mass data processing
• You have excellent communication skills and an effective negotiator with excellent presentation skills, both oral and written
