JOIN US in the role of Business Consultant - IT Animal Health Regulatory Capability Lead. In this role you will be the driving force behind your team while acting as a central interface to our internal IT and business colleagues.

You will foster collaboration and manage relationships with end users, cross-functional stakeholders, vendors and shape the future of Animal Health Regulatory processes and technologies.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Ready to take on a pivotal role in the IT Animal Regulatory Capability? You will be entrusted with the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of processes and technologies. Your dedication to continuous improvement will be instrumental in ensuring high quality and regulatory compliance on a global scale
  • You will lead cross-functional projects/initiatives, assisting in defining project scope and objectives. This involves engaging all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. You will be the architect of both long- and short-term plans, setting targets for milestones and diligently adhering to deadlines
  • Shaping the vision and strategy of the Capability/Project will be in your hands. You will create and maintain a capability roadmap while closely collaborating with other IT Capability Leads, Capability Owners, Architects and Business Stakeholders. This roadmap will anticipate the demands of the pipeline and the changing regulatory environment, with regulatory excellence and compliance always at the forefront of your priorities
  • You will ensure Operational Excellence of the systems within capability and be responsible for financial and license management for the relevant solutions.
  • Finally, you will take the lead in overseeing and reporting on process performance, quality, and integrity. You will use process measures/metrics, system, and support monitoring, and address non-compliance (NC) and CAPAs, including audit and inspection findings


Requirements

  • Master´s degree in fields such as medicine, science, computer science or business management, alternatively bachelor’s degree with long-term relevant experience
  • Several years of working experience in a virtual and international IT environment as an interface to internal and external business partners, preferably in the pharma industry
  • Strong technology skills for implementing and maintaining a global business critical system and knowledge in Service Management
  • Proven experience in project management, also as project lead; knowledge of agile methodologies
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail, complemented by a strategic mindset that encourages critical thinking, conflict management, and influence
  • Ability to think outside the box and foster innovation and collaboration in the workplace with a strong orientation towards customer satisfaction and quality
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, both written and spoken
