THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Factory Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in executing tasks related to IT and computerized components of the Serialization, Production, Packaging, Utilities, and Track and Trace systems with focus on continuous improvement.

You will work in our plant in Koropi and report to local Factory Automation Senior Expert.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain state-of-the-art Serialization and Automation systems.
  • Perform troubleshooting and follow up tickets.
  • Provide training to production and packaging personnel regarding Serialization and Automation activities.
  • Support and lead technical projects on Serialization topics and activities (User Requirements, project management, commissioning, training etc.) and other capex projects with automation activities.
  • Execute IT /automation-related processes and prepare & review relevant documentation of equipment, such as Active Directory integrations, Remote Support concept, Application Administration Plan, Back-up/Restore/Archive.
  • Ensure Operational Technology compliance of computerized systems on the area of responsibility.


What You Should Bring To The Team

  • Bachelor’s degree IT, Automation, Electronic Engineering, or a similar field.
  • Master’s degree in Automation will be a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Automation or IT serialization and engineering preferably within a pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of PLC/SCADA, and industrial PCs/HMIs is a plus.
  • Excellent decision making and planning skills.
  • Strong team player with a customer service mindset and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work in cross functional environment.
