The Position
- Promote and sell company’s products to physicians and other HCPs in the assigned areas.
- To achieve maximum sales volume in line with sales policies and plans.
- Develop new and/or maintain the best relations with customers to ensure high level of customer’s satisfaction.
- Coordinate sub-team activities such as sales team training, cross team / cross-functional projects.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain knowledge about Boehringer Ingelheim and competitors ‘products, customers, market and its trend
- Execute all sales and marketing activities in compliance with Corporate SOPs and local rules and code of practices
- Realize market opportunities in line with strategies and plans
- Maintain customer relations (internal and external) and contribute to long lasting customer satisfaction
- Ensure calls coverage planning and reporting in line with company’s objectives. Constant update of customer’s data and information
- Participate in operational & execution strategy / tactics development, coordinating team projects including planning and implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably Pharmacy/Pharmacy-related or Life Sciences-related major
- 6 years + sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, prescription medicine in the HA sector.
- Experienced in healthcare professional engagement in the relevant sector(s) is a must
- Strong territory management and relationship building skills
- Strong Expertise in assigned product / TA
- Strong communication skills in order to coordinate team projects and interact with people of different personality types
- Strong Time and self- management skill (planning, organizing & setting priorities, etc.)
- Good at problem solving, result-oriented, winning mentality will be a plus
- Fresh graduates will also be considered for the position given the learning agility is high
