We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Coordinator based in Morocco.

This position will act as the HR interface, supporting the employee life cycle administration from hire to exit, maintaining personnel files and data management, and supporting in compensation and benefits administration. Key responsibilities in this role include implementing effective HR operations in areas such as total rewards, training & recruitment and providing efficient support to all functions/department in implementing and driving HR activities such as benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employee relations.

This is a role reporting directly to the Morocco Business Unit Head and functionally to the Head of HR NEW Africa (North East and West Africa).

Tasks & Responsibilities

Employee Life Cycle Operations:

  • Maintain and keep employee records up to date.
  • Manage employee’s life cycle administration including preparation of contracts, hiring documents, onboarding, leaves management, offboarding etc.
  • Prepare and deliver HR Letters to employees.
  • Manage Employees’ Life Cycle Administration (preparation of contracts, hiring documents, on boarding, leaves management, promotions, and exit process etc.).
  • Keep track and manage employees’ probation periods and contract ends and handle occurring onboarding and offboarding activities.


Support Compensation And Benefits Administration

  • Manage complementary medical and life insurance administration and follow up with the insurance provider.
  • Support payroll management and administration of benefits.
  • Organize, coordinate, and plan the entire operation of the annual medical visit as per law and ensure its success.
  • Establish the social declarations of employees (CNAS registration) and follow up on medical reimbursements and family allowances.


Support in Data Management and Policies

  • Ensure local policies and procedures are compliant to local employment law and regulations in addition to global BI values, policies, and guidelines.
  • Communicate periodical legal and regulatory rules and obligations relating to employee social benefits.
  • Utilize HR Dashboard to provide reports on KPI data including turnover rate, time to hire, overtime, sick leave etc.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant qualification
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Good communication skills in French and English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and related HR software
  • Previous experience in Accounting and Payroll is a plus.
