THE POSITION

As part of our Quality Data & Insights team, you will work in a cross-functional project with 5 team members to explore the potential of ChatGPT and other large language models for use in Boehringer. In the team, you will provide insights on when the results are reliable and when the use of large language models should be avoided.

Therefore, you will work with our central data sources to investigate various use cases that can be addressed by leveraging ChatGPT.

Tasks And Responsibilities

• Support a project that utilizes large language models to transform unstructured data in a quality management system into valuable insights
• Assist in standardization of the data processing via pre-prompting
• Support the successful execution of defined use cases for the project
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the successful implementation of the project
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company by providing insights and suggestions based on the project outcomes
• Present the project progress and results to internal and external stakeholders
  
  
  

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a master’s program in Natural Sciences, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or a related field
• Previous experience or strong interest in working with artificial intelligence, specifically large language models, such as ChatGPT
• Knowledge of quality management systems and GMP regulations in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an international and multidisciplinary environment
