Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a (Senior) Brand Manager for our Therapeutic Area Cardio-Renal-Metabolic (CRM) as of now. This pivotal role will drive forward complex marketing workstreams, collaborate with key local & regional departments and lead external agencies to achieve our ambitious goals of improving outcomes for people living with interconnected cardio-renal-metabolic conditions.
This is a fixed term contract for 2 years (31.05.2027).
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Design, development and implementation of defined, brand-specific measures, scientific content, instruments and integrated channels of the marketing mix, in order to contribute to the development of a first-class, sustainably profitable brand, in the endeavor to become or remain market leader
- Own-initiative and full-scope preparation and implementation of result-oriented project and process plans for own activities and their monitoring
- Ensure close cross-functional cooperation
- Develop and participate in the development of innovative, ever-increasing multi-channel campaigns and content based on individual, versatile customer requirements according to brand vision/positioning
- Adaptation and further development of the distribution/marketing materials to customer requirements, constantly changing market situations as well as the understanding of the increasing use of digital touchpoints and their integration into the campaign
Requirements
- Completed university studies in economics, natural sciences or psychology
- At least 3 years of professional experience in marketing or at least 5 years in sales, market access and/or business analysis within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking and efficient, result-oriented working style with openness for changes
- Very high team and communication skills, first experiences in lateral employee management within projects and processes
- Very good knowledge of English (oral and written communication), German is an asset

The remuneration for this position starts at EUR 78.000 gross annual target salary per year (full time). The actual salary package depends on professional experience and qualifications. We will be happy to discuss further details in person.
