We develop high-tech analytical measuring instruments and methods that are used in many fields, from medical technology to materials science and food research.

Primary Tasks :

• Responsible for any tasks requiring a physical visit to collect or drop documents (bank, customs clearance, export documentation, coordination with local CHA…)
• Stock take with the Service Team at the local warehouse (Once per quarter 1 day)
• After the goods arrived in local warehouse, visit to physically inspect items are received in good condition, with the good count validation. Outcome : provide document with details of incoming material signed by the local warehouse and own signature (random checks will be performed by SLS)
• Give instructions to the local warehouse or local CHA for physical Stock movements including Service tools
• Loaner probes : responsible for packing & transport from local stock to end customer
• Loaner Benchtop systems : responsible for packing & transport from local stock to end customer
• Collect documents from Order Processing (delivery note and invoice generated from SAP, etc), manage dispatch and seek confirmation of these documents to various customer sites
• prepare insurance & local e-way bill and dispatch them as per the instruction from Order Processing/Sales/Service departments
• Arrange local pick up from customer sites of Cryokits/defectibles/items to be repaired and delivery to local warehouse
• Create address labels for the local warehouse
• Declare to insurance value of goods transported for every shipment from local warehouse (Send customer invoice to insurance company for every shipment of spare parts
• Receive policy from Insurance and receive bill, get it validated and approved as per the process
• Claim to insurance in case of lost of broken package.
• Attend internal inventory meetings every week and answer about inventory details with the Service team
• Make sure to attach a copy of documents to SFDC and SAP or shared folder in case of audits

Secondary Tasks (as back-up) :

• Importation of demo instruments to India : Take quotation from forwarding company & Clearance agency
• Importation of demo instruments to India : responsible to coordinate customs clearance & transport
• Exportation of demo instruments from India : Prepare documents, contact forwarding agent - get finance approval

• Graduation
• Experience of 2-5 years in the logistics related tasks
• Good working knowledge and experience in email communicattions, verbal communications and MS Office.
