Bruker Nano Analytics manufactures and markets analytical tools for electron microscopes, including energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometers (EDS), electron backscatter diffraction systems (EBSD) and μCT accessories, as well as mobile and bench top micro X-ray fluorescence (μXRF), total reflection X-ray fluorescence spectrometers (TXRF) and handheld, portable and mobile X-ray fluorescence (HMP-XRF) spectrometry instruments.
Today we are seeking a Sales/Service Administrator to join our team in Korea.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as a Sale/Service Administrator includes but not limited to:
- Sales order entry processing in SAP
- Orders Processing starting with quotation to delivery - systems, spare parts, local supplies, vendor creation
- Contract processing and administration
- Follow-up on customer orders to ensure a timely arrival of shipment and order fulfillment
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Planning and coordination of transporting materials and managing the timely flow of customer orders
- Coordinating in and out-going shipments including packing of items
- Adhere to shipping/receiving and regulatory-compliance procedures
- Comply with laws, regulations and standards
- Claiming for warranty exchange parts, wrong parts shipped
- Organize and support marketing events (Conference, Exhibition, User Training etc)
- Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
- Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyze trends/leads to identify new marketing opportunities
- Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs
- Monthly basis service record closing, issuing invoices to clients
- Responsible for service quotation, service orders key-in and management in daily business routine.
- Handle the shipment, logistics, customs, inland transportation and warehouse
- Deal with ex-import custom declaration
- Support Korea logistics operations and Service order(Part and labour) using SAP system and Client system
- Support and handle the service contracts
- Support service engineers
- Any other duties assign.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- At least 3 years Sales Support or Marketing experience in analytical or MNC
- Good written and oral English language skills
- Able to multi-task, dependable, responsible, highly organized and able to handle a high stress level
- Proficient in both Microsoft Words and Microsoft Excel
- Working experience with SAP is a plus
- Design major is a plus (Experience in Illust is plus)
